Realvest Partners Named Exclusive Agent for 80-Acre Industrial Campus

ORLANDO-The suburban Maitland, FL-based firm will handle sales, leasing and management of the Springview mixed-use park, adjacent to the Springview residential neighborhood in DeBary, FL, 40 miles north of Downtown Orlando.

ORLANDO-Realvest Partners Inc. is the exclusive broker for sales, leasing and management at the 80-acre Springview mixed-use park in DeBary, FL, 40 miles north of Downtown Orlando. Industrial sites ranging from one-half acre to 11 acres will be developed for sale to end users and for development. The price is $2.90 per sf or $126,324 per acre for fully-developed lots of all sizes.

The park’s owners will also construct build-to-suit buildings for lease. The site is just north of the new US 17-92 bridge over the St. Johns River. “It’s an example of the Orlando industrial and office market extending into Volusia County,” Realvest founder and president George L. Livingston tells GlobeSt.com.
