ATLANTA-The continued strong performance and growth of office and retail, along with the solid occupancy rate of hotels in the Buckhead market, are drawing more lodging to the area.

Staybridge Suites is Bass Hotels & Resorts' newest product. Room rates for the Buckhead property will be between $120 to $200 per night. The market's average rate is $140 per night. Occupancy in the Buckhead market is 73%. Occupancy of 63% to 66% is considered a solid rate.
