The tenant was founded this past May via a partnership between automotive and collision industry leaders ADP Inc., The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. and CCC Information Services Inc. Choice Parts will start its Internet-based autoparts exchange network next year. The project will allow automobile dealership and repair facilities to instantly locate and order parts.
In the Sears Tower space, ChoiceParts will establish its corporate headquarters, including a product development team. Insignia/ESG's Chicago Tenant Representation Group represented ChoiceParts in the sublease transaction.
