Sublease Arranged at Sears Tower for Auto Parts Distributor

CHICAGO-Tenant will establish its headquarters in the tower and debut its autoparts exchange network on the Internet starting in 2001.

CHICAGO-ChoiceParts LLC has signed a 22,500-sf office sublease from Aetna US Healthcare at the Sears Tower, 233 S. Wacker Dr. in Chicago’s CBD.

The tenant was founded this past May via a partnership between automotive and collision industry leaders ADP Inc., The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. and CCC Information Services Inc. Choice Parts will start its Internet-based autoparts exchange network next year. The project will allow automobile dealership and repair facilities to instantly locate and order parts.
