US OnLine Seals 583-Unit Ft. Worth Multifamily Pact

AUSTIN-US OnLine has added another apartment complex to its growing portfolio. The company has been contracted as a service provider for the 583-unit Stonegate Villas Apartments in southwest Ft. Worth.

The pact is with Metric Property Management. US OnLine currently provides cable, telephone and Internet service to the 288-unit Avery Pointe at City View, another Metric Property in Ft. Worth.The technology company targets its sales of cable, Internet and telephone service to multifamily developments and is currently focusing on projects in several Texas cities, a USOL source tells GlobeSt.com.

Metric Property Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of SSR Realty Advisors, a national pension fund adviser based in San Francisco and White Plains, NY.
