The five-year lease is for office space at 133 North Altadena Dr., one of the three office campuses that previously housed the famed Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The family that owned the three buildings recently sold them for $24 million to a private partnership, which is renaming the complex East Pasadena Business Park.
Verizon will use the space to serve health-care giant's Kaiser Permanente's telecommunications needs. Cushman & Wakefield represented Verizon. Charles Dunn Co.'s Downtown LA office dealt for the owner.
