Sonia Miro Perry, of StepStone Real Estate Services, is the new BOMA VP. Perry currently serves as board member-at-large and chairperson of the Programs and Seminars Committee.

Glenn Welch, building manager for The Chamber Building, is the organization's new secretary. He is presently a member-at-large and co-chair of BOMA's Governmental Affairs Committee.

Board member Joseph P. Murphy, senior real estate manager for CB Richard Ellis, will serve as BOMA's treasurer for another term.

Current board member Ted Kimball, an attorney with Kimball, Tirey & St. John, has been re-elected for another term on the board. He also serves as BOMA's legal counsel and heads the Governmental Affairs Committee.

Four newly elected members-at-large are: Barbara Puccio of Equity Office, David Sikute of Crescent Real Estate Equities LTD., Terry Cohn of the Trane Co. and Rick Hazard of Waxie Janitorial Supply.

BOMA serves as the leading voice for the county's commercial property owners and managers.
