Crescent, Transamerica Name New Management Team Members

DALLAS-End-of-the-year appointments are being made at Crescent Real Estate Equities and Transamerica. Crescent gets a new vice president and CIO plus a new leasing manager while Transamerica lands a COO.

DALLAS-Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd. has named a new vice president and CIO and leasing manager.

Craig Hopkins is the new vice president and CIO. He will be responsible for planning, implementation and control of information technology resources and will assume oversight of Crescent’s ongoing business process reengineering initiative.

Hopkins will be quarterbacking “any technology issues we may face,” says David Dean, senior vice president of law and administration for Crescent. Prior to joining Crescent, Hopkins had been vice president of information technology for 1st Global Inc.
