Locally based architect Wayne Lerman, president of WML Architecture will design the two-story building for Northface, which develops commercial and residential properties throughout New Jersey.

"We feel there is a demand for all kinds of office space in this market," according to Rafael Sharon, a partner in Northface. "And there is demand for class A office space in particular."

Site plan approval has been obtained, and "we are discussing leasing opportunities with potential tenants," according to Sharon.
