The Miami-Dade County firm is considering leasing the asset as an investment or occupying the structure as its new headquarters site. A January decision is on the calendar.
Geopak's affiliate, Norona Ltd., paid Reynolds Metals Development Co. $1.17 million or $272,093 per acre ($6.25 per sf) for a 4.3-acre pad near Interstate 75 and Shotgun Road in Sunrise, FL, 30 miles north of Downtown Miami.
