The buyer, a Washington-based trucking company, will modify the building at 300 S. State College Blvd. into a full-service terminal that can hold up to 40 trucks beginning in January.

According to the seller's brokers at Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office, the firm was attracted to the building because it had served partially as a trucking terminal in the past.

USF Reddaway was represented in the transaction by brokers at both Burr & Temkin and Grubb & Ellis.
