Cassidy & Pinkard/Sonnenblick Goldman Arranges Sale of Sunrise Plaza

WASHINGTON, DC-Access Properties has purchased Sunrise Plaza in Reston, VA for an undisclosed amount. Cassidy & Pinkard/Sonnenblick Goldmen brokered the deal.

Washington, DC-Sunrise Plaza in Reston, VA is under new ownership. According to information released from Cassidy & Pinkard/Sonnenblick Goldman, a real estate investment banking services firm, Access Properties purchased the property from Lend Lease for an undisclosed sum.

Sunrise Plaza is located in Fairfax County in the heart of Northern Virginia’s Netplex between Tysons Corner and Dulles International Airport. The 104,056 sf office building’s impressive tenant roster includes Lockheed Martin as the major tenant. Sunrise Plaza is a six-story office building that offers the architectural design, construction and finishes the Northern Virginia marketplace demands.
