The company negotiated the $12.9 million sale of 101 Orchard Ridge, a 103,685-sf office building located at 101 Orchard Ridge Drive for the John Hancock Realty Group, says Jim Luck of the firm's Washington, DC office.

The purchaser, Foulger Land LP, will lease the office space for between $26 and $28 per sf full-service, says Luck. Cushman & Wakefield is also the building's leasing agent.
