Four Firms Tap Office Market, Sign Leases Totaling 11,991 SF

AUSTIN-Four firms have tapped the state capital's office market, signing for an aggregate 11,991 sf. T.H.E. Design and Marsh USA manage to grab spots in MoPac Boulevard structures.

T.H.E. Design will be occupying a 5,860-sf spot at Barton Oaks Plaza II, located at 901 S. MoPac Blvd. The second lease has been signed by Marsh USA for 4,504 sf at 1221 MoPac Blvd.

In other recent transactions, Capital City Communications Inc. is taking 1,000 sf of office space at 8906 Wall St. while Duncan Commercial LLC has leased 627 sf of office space at Hartland Plaza at 1717 W. Sixth St.
