The largest lease transaction was with Forever 21, a women's clothing store chain, for 7,500 sf on the Garden level of the 883,000 sf shopping center in downtown White Plains. d.e.m.o, a unisex clothing store, leased 2,500 sf on Fashion Level 2, while Collezione, a unisex leather clothier, secured 2,500 sf as well on the same floor and Tootsies, a footwear retailer, signed a deal for 1,000 sf on Fashion Level 1.

Rounding out the lease transactions, Victoria's Secret Beauty, a cosmetics and perfume retailer signed a deal for a 2,250 sf store on Fashion Level 1; GNC Live Well has remodeled 1,600 sf on Fashion Level 1; and on the Food Court Level, Le Petit Bistro and Subway signed deals for 1,000 sf and 500 sf respectively.

The Galleria, located at 100 Main St., is owned and managed by General Growth Properties, Inc. The company owns or manages a portfolio of 136 shopping centers in 39 states.
