Galleria at White Plains Signs Eight New Stores

WHITE PLAINS-The Galleria at White Plains reports it has secured eight new lease deals that bring the 883,000 sf shopping center to nearly full occupancy.

WHITE PLAINS-Eight new lease deals totaling 18,850 sf have brought the Galleria at White Plains shopping center to almost full occupancy, according to mall officials. “We’re constantly looking for innovative retailers,” Paula Kelliher, marketing director of The Galleria, comments.

The largest lease transaction was with Forever 21, a women’s clothing store chain, for 7,500 sf on the Garden level of the 883,000 sf shopping center in downtown White Plains. d.e.m.o, a unisex clothing store, leased 2,500 sf on Fashion Level 2, while Collezione, a unisex leather clothier, secured 2,500 sf as well on the same floor and Tootsies, a footwear retailer, signed a deal for 1,000 sf on Fashion Level 1.
