The site consists of 19,300 sf and allows for a maximum construction of 48 units in a 54,600-sf building, which would have 55 parking spaces. As yet, Smithfield hasn't released its plans for the property.
Chicago-based Smithfield Properties has developed a number of notable properties in its home city, including the residential hall for the School of the Art Institute at State and Randolph.
