The first phase of the project will include two buildings totaling 91,000-sf. Construction on the second and third phases will begin sometime after phase one is complete and as tenant interest evolves, says Walter Smyth, a CB Richard Ellis partner overseeing the leasing and management of the project. It has not been decided how many square feet the subsequent phases will entail, says Smyth. "That largely depends on who moves in," he says. So far, no tenants have signed on with the business park, although a few have shown interest. Smyth declined to say who might be signing leasing agreements.

Todd Sanfilippo, a first vice president at CB Richard Ellis, is marketing the project along with CBRE colleagues Smyth and Nelle Thompson. Stanford Ranch already has two projects on the board right now: a 55,000-sf office/tech building and a 14 building office plaza, both of which have been approved by the City of Roseville and should begin construction early next year.
