EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ-Prudential New Jersey Properties is the new, single entity that has emerged from the recent merger of real estate brokerages Prudential New Jersey, Prudential Pioneer Real Estate and Prudential Brown-Fowler. The company has a total of 26 offices and some 500 agents, according to William Keleher, chairman/CEO of the company. Annual sales are over $1.4 billion.

The company is said to be the second biggest independent residential brokerage firm in the state, with only Morris Plains-based Weichert Realtors larger. It’s also one of the 10 biggest companies in the Prudential network.
