MSA Solutions will use the space for a telemarketing call center.
The Valley, and in particular Tempe, has become a popular destination for back office and call center projects. Available low-cost labor in the form of students at Arizona State University, affordable housing and no down time due to poor weather makes the Valley a popular place to put these facilities.
Earlier this week, Express Scripts Inc., a St. Louis-based firm, subleased 100,000 sf in a Tempe building that will be the firm's eightth call center and its largest.
