So as a condition of the new Williamson Ranch plan in East Antioch, the council is requiring that the developer, Taylor Properties of Sacramento, fit each of its two restaurants planned for the Lone Tree Way site into one of two categories: a cafeteria or coffee shop-style eatery – such as Fresh Choice, Denny's, Marie Callender's or El Torito.
