Eagle Creek paid $10.28 million cash or $8,505 per acre (20 cents per sf) for the tract on Narcoossee Road, south of Tyson Road. Maury L. Carter, chairman of Maury L. Carter & Associates, will continue in a consulting/advisory role to the buyer. Daryl M. Carter of Maury L. Carter & Associates negotiated for the seller. Jim Mehta of A.J. Mehta Corp. represented the buyer.
In a separate transaction, Daryl Carter, trustee of Carter-Howland Boulevard and Land Trust, bought 25.27 acres from Deltona Crossings Inc. for $1.26 million or $49,980 per acre ($1.15 per sf). The property is on Howland Boulevard, just east of the intersection with Catalina Boulevard, Deltona, FL, 40 miles north of Downtown Orlando in Volusia County. Carter and Jeffrey R. Douglas of Maury L. Carter & Associates negotiated for the buyer. Charles Lichtigman of Charles Wayne Properties Inc. represented the seller.
