In a separate transaction, Daryl Carter, trustee of Carter-Howland Boulevard and Land Trust, bought 25.27 acres from Deltona Crossings Inc. for $1.26 million or $49,980 per acre ($1.15 per sf). The property is on Howland Boulevard, just east of the intersection with Catalina Boulevard, Deltona, FL, 40 miles north of Downtown Orlando in Volusia County. Carter and Jeffrey R.
