Under Bush's leadership, SafeRent provides services to more than half of the National Multi-Housing Council's top 25 apartment managers. The company has revenues of more than $5 million annually.

"She is an outstanding operator with a unique ability to identify talent, motivate people and turn visions into reality."
One of Bush's recent accomplishments has been receiving ISCAR certification, allowing SafeRent to transmit and display credit information from three major credit bureaus over the Internet.
Scotte Hudsmith will join SafeRent to assume the roles of president and COO. Hudsmith brings more than 17 years' financial and general business experience to SafeRent. He most recently has been the COO and CFO for Sienna Imaging, a worldwide leader in the professional photographic market whose FotoPrint line of digital printers have led the digital photographic printing revolution.
"Scotte did a fantastic job financing and operating Sienna Imaging in a very tough capital environment," said Kyle Lefkoff, general partner with Boulder Ventures Ltd., who had financed Sienna and is a SafeRent investor. "He took Sienna Imaging from $400,000 to $60 million in revenues in five years through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. ''
