SafeRent President Steps Into CEO Role

DENVER-SafeRent Inc.’s president and COO is assuming the CEO’s role as reward for forging its standing as a market leader.Linda Bush has advanced Denver-based SafeRent, founded in 1998, to its current status as a leading provider of online credit and risk management services to the apartment industry.

Under Bush’s leadership, SafeRent provides services to more than half of the National Multi-Housing Council’s top 25 apartment managers. The company has revenues of more than $5 million annually.

“Linda took an innovative idea and built one of the most successful providers of online services to the apartment industry,” says Dana Hamilton, a SafeRent board member and senior vice president of Denver-based Archstone Communities, one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of apartment complexes. “She is an outstanding operator with a unique ability to identify talent, motivate people and turn visions into reality.”
