US OnLine Snags Another Frankel Family Trust Deal, 440 Units in Duncanville

AUSTIN-One by one, the sealed deals keep stacking up for Austin-based USOL Holdings' subsidiary. This time, US OnLine secures a 15-year pact to deliver IT service to 440 units in Duncanville.

The contract allows US OnLine Inc., a subsidiary of USOL Holdings, to provide cable television and telephone services to Wimberly Park. U.S. OnLine and Frankel have been expanding their services, particularly in Texas, where U.S. OnLine has added cable, telephone and high-speed Internet services to several Frankel properties.

U.S. OnLine has service contracts in seven markets nationally including Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Portland, San Antonio and Washington, D.C.
