KANSAS CITY, NORTH, MO – Just in time for the shopping season, five new stores have opened in the Antioch Center shopping center in the Northland. Antioch Center is at the junction of Antioch Road, Vivion Road and theChoteau Trafficway. Anticipating the upcoming inaugural racing season at the Kansas Speedway, a local merchant has opened The Race Place, a store that offers NASCAR merchandise; the owner also has a location in Independence Center. Also open are Candyopolis, a City of Treats and Gifts; The Book Cellar, an independently owned store; Rainbow Apparel, a lower-end appareal store for infants to juniors; and a Bath & Body Works by The Limited.
