Corporate headquarters will be in the Renner Ridge Corporate Center in Lenexa. Renner Ridge Corporate Center is a 60-acre business park development. CommunityAmerica is the second building for the business park. "Our services will allow CommunityAmerica to build and open a new headquarters and several branch locations simultaneously," notes Steve Coon, VP of CTMT's Development and Construction Services Division. "They can also focus on their business while we provide site selection, construction oversight and even interior design and furnishing of each facility."

CTMT is also currently managing the construction and development of a 115,000-sf office/warehoue distribution center for Inland Industries in Johnson County, KS. The firm is one of the nation's largest full-service commercial real estate companies, managing more than 37 million sf of office, industrial and retail properties. CommunityAmerica is the eighth largest financial institution in the Kansas City market, with more than $920 million in assets.
