CommunityAmerica Strikes Deal With CTMT

KANSAS CITY, MO-Kansas City-based CommunityAmerica Credit Union has awarded a facility development contract to the development and construction services division of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. The exclusive contract calls for site selection, design and construction of a 100,000-sf corporate headquarters in Lenexa, KS, and for eight to 10 branch locations in Kansas City and St. Louis. The project is expected to take about two years to complete, at a cost of approximately $23 million.
