Corporate Office Properties Trust Signs Three Leases Totaling Nearly 26,000 SF

COLUMBIA, MD-Three companies are locating businesses in the Gateway Corporate Center. Corporate Office Properties Trust signed leases with Royal and SunAlliance, Coventry Health Care, and U-CONN Technology Inc.

COLUMBIA, MD–Three of 11 buildings at Gateway Corporate Center have new tenants. Corporate Office Properties Trust signed leases with Royal and SunAlliance for 14,000 sf at 6375 Flank Dr., Coventry Health Care for 8,600 sf at 6385 Flank Dr. and U-Conn Technology Inc. for 3,200 sf at 6380 Flank Dr.

Gateway Corporate Center, business complex totaling almost 26,000 sf, is off US Route 22 in Lower Paxton Township, PA. The three newly-leased buildings are part of an 11-building portfolio owned by the REIT and totaling approximately 409,000 sf.
