FullAudio, with offices in Chicago and New York, is a "next-generation" music and technology company, delivering content from the industry's leading record labels and other music resources, and is used in conjunction with the FullAudio platform, which enables consumers to extend digital music beyond the PC. Founded in April 1999, FullAudio recently secured second round financing in the amount of $15 million, and is backed by leading venture capital firms and private investors, including Kettle Partners, New Enterprise Associates, and Venture Strategy Partners.
