Phoenix-based Brokerage Partners With Global Firm

PHOENIX-International brokerage firm now has a Phoenix base in GVA Landmark, its newest partner.

PHOENIX-GVA Worldwide, a global real estate partnership with members in 24 countries, has added a Phoenix office/partner, GVA Landmark. Established in 1994, GVA Landmark is a full-service brokerage firm, with clients throughout Arizona.

Andy Mellen, a commercial broker in the Phoenix market for 16 years and current president of the Arizona Commercial Brokers Association, will head up the new GVA office. “We are enthusiastic about our new role as a GVA partner. Our association with GVA works to the benefit of our clients across the board,” says Mellen. “The global capabilities of the GVA partnership enhance the services we offer to clients, while the local-market expertise we bring can prove valuable to a broad spectrum of corporate and high-tech space users nationally and internationally,” he adds.
