The northwest Austin property is owned by PM Realty Advisors Inc. Major tenants in the 69,000-sf building include Clear Cube, Greenleaf Technologies, Finle Technologies and Tecom Inc.

Colina West is 100% leased, according to Kevin Granger, vice president of the Trammell Crow Austin office. "There's a waiting list of a couple of years," Granger told GlobeSt.com.

The assignment gives Trammell Crow leasing and management responsibilities for approximately 200,000 sf of office space owned by PMRA. Trammell Crow also leases space in Barton Creek Plaza II and III, also PMRA buildings.
