Mercy, an Orange-based developer of affordable housing, plans to break ground on the property located at 2240 W. Lincoln Ave. in August 2001, with an estimated completion date of summer 2002.

Brokers from Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented Mercy in the deal, while CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office represented the seller, a private investment group based in Los Angeles.
