Cognitive Arts, with offices in Chicago, New York and Boston, is a commercial spin-off of Northwestern University's Institute for the Learning Sciences. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, Big Five consulting firms and major universities, including Columbia and Harvard.
In addition to the Cognitive Arts lease, MGA recently signed a 16,000-sf lease with the Technology Innovation Center. The research park, a joint venture of the university and the city, was created in 1987 to increase Evanston's technology base, assist in the transfer of technology from the university to the commercial marketplace and provide synergy between private companies and the university.
