The land will be used for the luxury town home development Eagle Ridge. Whitehall Financial Corp., through Denver-based EquityCity, had met and negotiated terms with an individual investor for the project.

EquityCity has 1,200 investor members and more than $600 million in pre-screened investment opportunities in its database. Its strategy is to provide links for private equity capital for real estate developers and buyers.
