Insignia/ESG Beefs Up Virginia Office Staff

WASHINGTON, DC-Insignia/ESG adds an executive director, sales associate and two financial analysts to its professional staff. John M. Germano is the new executive director of its Tyson's Corner, VA office.

WASHINGTON, DC-John M. Germano is one of the newest additions to the Insignia/ESG Inc. management team, say company officials. Laura E. Ward, CPM, Joseph W. Donato, CPA, and Timothy M. Kelly are also company new-hires.

Germano is the executive director of Insignia’s Tysons Corner, VA offices. With 12 years’ management and commercial real estate experience, he will direct a staff of more than 24 brokers. Ward is a new sales associate, Donato a senior financial analyst and Kelley a financial analyst to the Capital Advisors Group in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

Germano is the former regional manager of Jones Lang LaSalle DC region. Under his management, the firm’s portfolio grew 20% and the region executed over 1.5 million sf of leasing transactions.
