Market rents are $18.50 per sf to $21.50 per sf. NAC, an Atlanta-based nuclear energy and electric services company, will use the space for its new headquarters. NAC will occupy 72% of the structure which is expected to be completed in fall 2001. CarrAmerica owns 7.3 acres of the 54-acre tract; Forum Development Group owns the balance.

The Forum includes pedestrian-oriented office space and an open-air retail mall and restaurants. Although 410,000 sf of the Forum is slated for retail, Bill Brown of Merchants Resource Realty, the retail developer, tells GlobeSt.com there is a strong possibility some 90,000 sf of that space could go for another office building.
