The leasing contract's value was not disclosed.The class A structure is expected to be completed Feb. 1. The minimum lease is 10,000 sf. The rent is $18.50 per sf triple net, with operating expenses of $7.50 per sf for a net $26 per sf.

A four-level parking garage is available with five spaces per 1,000 square feet of occupancy. The building offers full-floor leases of 40,000 sf.

Doral Concourse One is located at 8200 Doral Blvd., two blocks west of the Palmetto Expressway, about 10 miles west of Downtown. The site is 5.09 acres and has a build-out potential of up to 700,000 sf.
