Located in La Jolla, the 227,570-sf building is a 16-story office tower that is 80% occupied. Major tenants in the property are Telephony@Work Inc., GMAC Mortgage and First National Bank.

Proehl will direct the property management team on the project and Peter Italiano, VP for Southern California will lead the team.
