PM Realty Group Selected to Manage La Jolla Office Building

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-TMW Real Estate, on behalf of U.S. Property Fund GmbH & Co. K.G., has awarded the exclusive property management, construction management, and co-leasing assignments for the La Jolla Executive Tower to PM Realty Group.

Located in La Jolla, the 227,570-sf building is a 16-story office tower that is 80% occupied. Major tenants in the property are Telephony@Work Inc., GMAC Mortgage and First National Bank.
