The award represents best-in-class for quality and client service among corporate real estate providers. Mark Arend, managing editor of Site Selection Magazine, presented the award to Bob Gaudreau of Regus at the recent International Development Research Council Florida World Congress.

"There are many technological, people and location factors that make Regus competitive in its niche," said Arend. "It was Regus' vision of how client service is evolving and what approach will be necessary to address it that caught our attention."

Regus offers approximately 56,000 workstations in more than 300 business locations. The company also provides meeting rooms, conference and training facilities and public access video-conferencing studios.
