Austin-based SiteStuff is honoring Randy Jones, a building technician for Trammell Crow Co.'s Triad One building in Tulsa, OK. In July, Jones had assisted a tenant who had collapsed and fell into a diabetic coma.
SiteStuff, a high-tech procurement provider, will select a property hero each month from staffers who go "the extra mile" promoting cost efficiency and smooth operations year-round. Jones had been nominated by Trammell Crow, a SiteStuff customer. Jones will receive a Palm m100 hand-held device as a prize from SiteStuff.
SiteStuff is an e-marketplace for owners and operators of commercial and multifamily properties. SiteStuff customers within the commercial real estate industry represent management of more than 2.2 billion sf.
