Tuesday Morning Leases Broadway Village's Vacant 10,000 SF

GARLAND, TX-Discount retailer Tuesday Morning has signed for 10,000-sf of vacant space at Garland's Broadway Village. The store will open in February, marking the 28th location for the home decor chain.

GARLAND, TX-Discount home retailer, Tuesday Morning, is gearing up to open its 28th store in the Dallas-Ft. Worth region.The company has signed for 10,000 sf of vacant space at Broadway Village in Garland. The store will open in February. The Staubach Co. broker, Greg Bracchi, who has represented the retailer in the lease, says Tuesday Morning is “always looking” for additional sites and will continue to do so as it sets sights on new markets.Bracchi says Tuesday Morning had been presented with a package of possible sites about six months ago, settling on Garland’s retail center for its next storefront. Christon Co. has acted on behalf of the building owner, an entity of United Commercial Development.
