Vignette Corp. has signed three leases totaling 200,000 sf for office space in Barton Skyway Office Park. The company has leased 50,000 sf in Barton Skyway II, 50,000 sf in Barton Skyway III and 100,000 sf in Barton Skyway IV.
Vignette has moved into the newly completed Barton Skyway II in October. The company will occupy the soon-to-be-completed Barton Skyway III by April 2001 and Barton Skyway IV by November 2001, a Colliers Oxford source told GlobeSt.com.
Colliers Oxford also completed a lease with Intelligent Technologies, for 20,000 sf in The Stratum at 11044 Research Blvd.
Other leases completed recently by Colliers Oxford include a pact with Vitalz for 13,000 sf in Frost Bank Plaza at 816 Congress, and by Teknecon, which leased 4,100 sf at 1515 Capital of Texas Highway. The Spine Center, Inc., at 4029 Capital of Texas Highway renewed a lease for 8,000 sf of office space.
