Colliers Oxford Seals Leases Totaling 245,100 SF; Vignette Taking 200,000 SF at Barton Skyway

AUSTIN-Colliers Oxford brokers have capped seven leases in an end-of-the-year rush for 245,100 sf in the state capital. The most significant signing is 200,000 by Vignette Corp. at Barton Skyway Office Park.

Colliers Oxford has finalized seven leases totaling 245,100 sf in Austin.

Vignette Corp. has signed three leases totaling 200,000 sf for office space in Barton Skyway Office Park. The company has leased 50,000 sf in Barton Skyway II, 50,000 sf in Barton Skyway III and 100,000 sf in Barton Skyway IV.

Vignette has moved into the newly completed Barton Skyway II in October. The company will occupy the soon-to-be-completed Barton Skyway III by April 2001 and Barton Skyway IV by November 2001, a Colliers Oxford source told GlobeSt.com.
