Financial Services Firm Building $21-Mil Regional Headquarters in Tempe

TEMPE, AZ-Edward Jones, a St. Louis-based financial services firm, is locating its first regional office outside the state of Missouri in Tempe.

TEMPE, AZ-One of the nation’s largest financial services firms is locating its first U.S. regional headquarters in Tempe’s Arizona State Research Park, which will open next year.

The firm, which has 6,300 branches nationwide and five million customers, will build a 130,000-sq data/office center on a 10.8-acre parcel.

The deal involves a ground lease valued at $3 million and construction of the $18-million building, bringing the total deal value to $21 million. Ryan Construction is the contractor, and Arcturis of St. Louis is the architect.
