Dallas-based Jack Fraker is now an executive vice president and member of the firm's board of directors, making him one of 10 top executives to sit on the board. "Jack's career record of client satisfaction, his high productivity and his ongoing commitment to the success of Cushman & Wakefield is such that the board of directors would not be complete without the addition of his vision and guidance," says Arthur J. Mirante II, Cushman & Wakefield's president and CEO.

Fraker is one of three executive VPs in the Dallas office. He has spent 13 of his 18 years in the commercial real estate industry at Cushman & Wakefield, active in investment sales and tenant representation. His extensive experience lies in representing both institutional real estate investors and corporate America, primarily in commercial, industrial and high-tech assignments. In the course of his career, Fraker has sold or leased more than 100 million sf of industrial real estate and more than 1,500 acres of developed sites. His deals span 40 cities in the US and Mexico.

In another appointment, Susan Pausky, a senior director in the Dallas office, has been named to the newly created national brokerage advisory board. She is one of 17 selected for the board. Pausky has spent nearly a decade on the Cushman & Wakefield team and is one of the region's top 10 industrial real estate brokers plus holds a leading ranking nationwide with the firm.
