Janice Peters of Henry S. Miller says the 1.9-acre property at 10551 Miller Rd. is leased by an assortment of small users. She has represented the building owner, Wallace Leasing Inc. in the transaction. Putnam Commercial of Dallas has acted on the buyer's behalf.

Henry S. Miller executives also have finalized the sale of a 4,500-sf building at 5509 Lovers Lane in Dallas. The team, acting on behalf of owner 5509 Ltd., has sold the structure to Barbara Roosth, who has been represented by Wilson & Co.

Lease pacts have been signed by Digital Computer Integration Corp. and Konecranes Inc. Digital Computer is taking 19,780 sf of office-tech space at 1009 Jupiter Rd. in Plano. Henry S. Miller Commercial has represented the tenant while an independent broker has acted for building owner Jupiter Service Center Ltd. In Arlington, the Henry S. Miller team has filled a 7,200-sf spot of office-warehouse space for client, VJS Properties, owner of 363 Exchange Dr. The new tenant, Konecranes Inc. is relocating from elsewhere in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Grubb & Ellis Co. has represented the tenant in the deal.
