Transwestern Commercial Services represents the building owner, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. Two 23,600-sf spots are being taken by Padgett, Stratemann & Co. LLP and Orbis Online Inc. ARINC Inc. has signed for 15,200 sf in the 300,000-sf building and an undisclosed tenant is taking 10,000 sf. Parr & Associates PC, a boutique international accounting firm, will be occupying 3,400 sf.
One International Centre also is marketing a 47,000-sf space, which represents the largest contiguous block of space in any suburban class-A building in San Antonio. Transwestern Commercial Services, founded in Texas, is now headquartered in Chicago.
