BOLINGBROOK, IL-A maker of electrical equipment has acquired a spec development by McShane Corp. to set up a new fiber-optic plant.
Rosemont, IL-based McShane Corp. developed the building and represented itself in the sale. The US Industrial Group of Insignia/ESG represented Molex. Currently, McShane is converting the building into a high-tech manufacturing space on behalf of Molex.
